the applications provided by it, including the mobile application 'Vidal Health App' (collectively,
the "Platform"). The online Platforms enable users to avail and manage health benefits from
various
payors of healthcare ("Services").

The privacy of your personal information is of vital importance to Vidal Health. Vidal Health ensures that any information of confidential nature provided by you will be protected with utmost care. We shall use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.

In order to assist you choose Your Health Insurance coverage, We may, if needed, request details including but not limited to medical history, lifestyle information such as tobacco use, alcohol consumption, dietary habits, consumption of recreation drugs, medical and vaccination history of children, family history of diseases and any other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us ("User Information"), to enable you to choose a Health Insurance Plan that best responds to Your unique health requirements. However, we do not collect sensitive personal data like the password to Your email address, financial information such as bank account details, credit card details or other payment related details.
You agree that your personally identifiable information (PII) entered voulantarily by you in our web portal or web application including their login credentials, name, age, mobile number, email address etc. (also "User Information") will get synced to our technology vendor's database, for the purpose of validating user access to our web portal/ mobile application for the purpose of providing the access to the services requested by you. While syncing of login credentials is an automated process not involving any human intervention, you give your informed consent to us permitting us and our vendors including technology partners, medical providers etc. to receiving any such data from us for the purpose of serving you.
