In order to use the Application, you are required to have a compatible mobile phone or handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications ('Software Requirements').

• Google Account to access Google Play Store and to receive regular app updates and fixes.
• An Android phone working on Android V2.3 or above
• An Internet connection
• GPS (for route guidance and search hospital by distance only)

For iOS devices – iPhone and iPad

• Apple ID to access iTunes Store and to receive regular app updates and fixes.
• An iOS device working on iOS 6.1 or above
• An Internet connection
• GPS(for route guidance and search hospital by distance only)

Any personal/confidential information that you supply to Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. when using the Application will be used by Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with its Privacy Policy (please visit our website ‘www.vidalhealth.com’)

The Application allows you to access certain links that is also available on www.vidalhealtha.com-Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. website (‘the Website’), such access will be governed by the Terms of Use of the said website.

All trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature, as are applicable, in the Application are owned either directly by Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. or its authorized licensors.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. You further consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
